I always wanted to work with glass. For the LAX side table I used layered glass with a thin sheet of colored foil. The transparency stays, which gives great silhouettes.

Off the shelf components are used to create a reusable, veiled enclosure that acts as a large-scale infographic, highlighting domestic plastic usage. The EPIC lounge chairs are part of their proposal to host the speakers.
Chairs fascinate me and in particular the construction of the legs. Strength and construction compete with elegance and manufacturability. This model DEAN I developed some time ago. It is lightweight and the legs seem to come straight out of the seat, which I like very much. Send me a message when interested.
